Hi my apples and how are you , today i will share with you a good topic about what the right way to sitting in front on computer or laptop pc , exactly try to sit in a way that make you feel comfortable , i will get you a common methods or tips .


Using Keyboard  


  • keep your hands ( Wrists ) in an straight mode .
  • and your try to keep your hands straight not italic .
  • your elbow in 90 degree angle .
  • and your Forearm do not touch the desktop .
 Sit in chair

  • Spine (back) is straight .
  • foot fixed in floor.
